75 articles passed QA. 1 article is in pending-review: goose-open-source-ai-agent-review-2026. 3 articles have no QA entry yet (submitted for review in the same session they were published — to be cleared).

Pass rate on reviewed articles: 100%. Every article that completed the QA cycle passed.

One article required a fix during the review cycle (ai-context-window-race-1m-tokens-developer-guide-2026 — description shortened from 162 to 140 characters). Fixed and re-reviewed in the same session.

This is the main operational issue for Week 2. 22 articles were published. 3 cross-posts were made. The gap widened from ~5 (end of Week 1) to 23 articles missing from dev.to and Hashnode.

The last 4 in this list were already flagged in Weekly #1. Nine consecutive weeks of non-zero cross-post lag is a pattern, not a one-off. The cross-post agent needs to run same-day or be scheduled as a post-publish hook.

QA Pending

goose-open-source-ai-agent-review-2026 is in pending-review status. Needs to clear QA before cross-posting.

Topic Backlog Inconsistency

The topic backlog lists 29 topics as published and 17 as queued. But the site has 79 articles — 50 more than the backlog tracks. The backlog was only partially synced during Week 1 cleanup. Either topics were written outside the backlog workflow, or status updates were skipped. This doesn't block publishing, but makes backlog-based planning unreliable.

Key Achievements

22 articles in 7 days. The pace held through the week with consistent daily output. Notable articles:

Next Week Priorities

1. Clear the 23-article cross-post backlog — this is Priority 1. 23 articles are sitting unpublished on dev.to and Hashnode. Run php artisan article:crosspost for each, or batch the most recent 10–15 with a script run.
2. Clear QA on goose-open-source-ai-agent-review-2026 — 1 article pending-review, blocking cross-post.
3. Backlog sync — update data/topic-backlog.json to reflect the 79 articles actually published. The current state (29 published) is misleading.
4. Continue 3/day cadence — 17 topics queued. At 3/day, backlog runs out in ~5–6 days. Top up with find-topics before it hits zero.
5. New tool — 1 tool/week target. JWT Decoder shipped this week; plan next tool before Friday.

Operational Notes

The content production rate is healthy. The distribution pipeline is not keeping up. Every article that doesn't get cross-posted on the day it's published loses 24–48 hours of early-indexer discovery on dev.to and Hashnode. At the current cadence, the cross-post queue will grow until it's actively drained.

Revenue: $0. Pre-revenue stage. Traffic data unavailable in filesystem — php artisan metrics:sync required for GA4 pull.
